Lauren “Elle” Duncan, who was born on April 12, 1983, is a sports anchor for ESPN. She got her start in journalism on the syndicated sports talk radio show 2 live Stews. Before moving to the Frank and Wanda show, Duncan was part of Ryan Cameron’s team on V-103 and reported on traffic.
In 2014, she joined NESN in Boston as a reporter and host.
She also worked as a sideline reporter for the Red Sox and was the host of Super Bowl XLIX. In April 2016, Duncan became an anchor on ESPN’s SportsCenter.

Elle Duncan is happily married to Omar Abdul Ali. The couple tied the knot in Costa Rica, in 2016. They are blessed with two children- one daughter and one son. Their daughter Eva was born on On 25th July 2018, on the other hand, their son was born in December 2020.

One of these times was when she shared a video of her wedding on July 9, 2017. Elle wrote in the captions that she and her now-husband met in a midtown kitchen on Wednesday night. She also said that celebrating their first anniversary in Japan was one of the few good choices she had made in her life.
Elle and her husband are open about spending time together, and the two of them look very happy.
Very recently, Elle shared a post to mark Father’s day with her children. In the post, she wrote, “Just a household obsessed w/ Daddy. Nothing in our life works without his love, patience, sacrifice, and perspective. He was made for all this and we are ALL made better by his love. The gift that keeps on giving. Happy Father’s Day O.. you da real MVP….”
Elle’s parents, Clark and Toni, met in high school and started dating. They have been married for the past forty-six years. Elle posted a picture of her parents’ wedding on their 44th anniversary, she wrote, “Happy 44th Anniversary to a true example of love commitment, partnership and enduring fire! Me and Kelli got lucky to be your kids… mostly cause those fire genes you passed down!”

During Kelli and Elle’s softball games, Clark was always there for support and advice.
It was important to Clark that his two daughters follow in their footsteps, therefore he gave up a lot to help them thrive in life. Elle posted images of her father to Instagram on June 19 with the message, “I don’t take for granted the blessing of having my dad still with us. All I ever wanted was my kids to feel the impact of an incredible dad like I had and I was able to do that with Omar. But the fact they also have the privilege of being around their amazing Papi who continues to pour into them like he does for his girls is just an EMBARASSMENT of riches. Love you Clark- the 🐐.”
