In denying Younger’s petition for mandamus, the justices wrote: “This pro se mandamus petition arises from a child custody dispute involving twin boys, one of whom has shown confusion about his gender. The mother has custody of the boys and just moved to California. In September 2022, a court in Dallas County, Texas, gave Mother permission to live with the boys anywhere in the continental United States.
