J.J. Watt married Kealia Ohai on February 15, 2020, at The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. Piper Hatfield of Piper & Muse was in charge of planning the wedding. They chose a certain place for their wedding because they both loved the details of the Cloisters, which were brought from France and put back together. The bride wore a beautiful beaded Berta dress with thin straps and an elegant train. She paired it with a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes and jewelry from Emily Sole Growney. The groom had a flower on his lapel and wore a light-colored suit.

After the ceremony, guests walked through the gardens to the lily pond for a cocktail hour and then to a tent with wildflowers and big chandeliers. The happy couple also set up a photo booth and a big band to make the night fun and lively for their guests. The night ended with a Bahamian tradition called Junkanoo as the guests left the tent for an afterparty by the pool.

But in June, the all-star athletes did say that they are going to have their first child. “Couldn’t be happier,” JJ wrote on Twitter along with some maternity photos.
