If you’re a die-hard Keeping Up with the Kardashians fan who’s watched every episode of all 12 seasons, I’m guessing you’ll be intrigued about the salads that appear on the show in almost every sister catch-up session.

Fortunately for us, Kim Kardashian West just revealed the precise salad orders she and her sisters place at their neighborhood Health Nut, and it’s easy to understand why they’re so devoted to these to-go salads.

People would be surprised to see a Kardashian or Jenner in Health Nut, which is located in a retail center and is a pretty no-frills type of facility. However, we figured there must be something exceptional about these salads, which, yes, are served in the large plastic bowls featured on the show.

So, as we already established, if you are a Kardashians fan, you’re already aware that the family enjoys Health Nut salads, but Kris Jenner has now made it official.

PEOPLE has learned exclusively that Jenner has become the company’s first investor. The news was revealed on Tuesday by HN Holding LLC, which operates Health Nut eateries in Calabasas, Sherman Oaks, and Manhattan Beach, California.

Since 2015, when Health Nut bowls made frequent appearances on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the chain’s Calabasas outpost has attracted legions of admirers.

Jenner noted in a news statement that “Health Nut’s renowned salads have been a fixture in my home over the years as my family has enjoyed countless dinners from their Calabasas location.” “I’ve always admired Health Nut’s ability to provide convenience without compromising high-quality ingredients or excellent customer service.”

We’re excited to be able to provide more customers with a fast-casual dining experience that delivers superior taste, extraordinary customer service, and an ongoing commitment to quality, fresh, and healthy ingredients.”

Fresh ingredients are used throughout the company, including homemade dressings, a broad variety of vegan and vegetarian alternatives, sandwiches, drinks, and more.

Kim Kardashian revealed the specifics of each sister’s go-to order from Health Nut in a 2016 article on her website titled “Tossing Salads with My Sisters.”

Kourtney Kardashian is known to order the Chef Salad, while Kim and Khloé Kardashian prefer the Chinese Chicken Salad. The Deluxe Salad is a favorite of Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

What Is Kourtney Kardashian’s Favorite Salad?

The Chef salad ($11.25) seems it could quickly become anyone’s top choice: sliced turkey breast, shredded mozzarella, tomatoes, sprouts, and sunflower seeds are among the toppings. Kourtney, on the other hand, gets hers without cheese, tomatoes, or sprouts, leaving me with a mountain of lettuce topped with what appeared to be chopped turkey lunch meat and sunflower seeds. The salad’s ingredients are really fresh, so it isn’t completely bad, but the eldest Kardashian’s salad decision was pretty bland altogether.

While Kim enjoys her salad plain, Khloé kicks it up a level by adding organic chicken and avocado. By ordering the non-organic chicken and adding avocado, you will find a happy medium. With shredded chicken breast, chow mein noodles, pickled ginger, and shredded carrots in a sesame dressing, the salad costs $11.75 with the avocado add-on. This salad has the greatest taste of the salads and you could see how someone could eat it (nearly) every day and not grow bored. This sesame dressing is flavorful without being overbearing, which is appreciable. The extra avocado was a lovely touch, and the chow mein noodles brought a welcome crunch.
