Till 2019, she was the youngest single skater to win a U.S. Nationals and the youngest to win an Olympic and World title in figure skating history.

Kapostasy was born on July 7, 1984, in Ohio. In 2002, he graduated from Perry High School and went on to Brown University, where he majored in political science and history. After he graduated, he became a director and a sports producer for both Fox and ESPN. He got his start in the industry as a production assistant at ESPN, where he stayed for a whole seven years and focused mostly on SportsCenter.

A Brief Look Into Lipinski And Kapostasy’s Relationship

Tara and Todd interacted at the 2015 Sports Emmys, where she was presenting him with an award. After that, they dated for around two years.

The wedding of Lipinski and Kapostasy took place on June 24, 2017, at Middleton Place in Charleston, South Carolina. The bride looked stunning in her Laura Basci–designed Reem Acra gown with a 20-foot train. She wore Charlotte Olympia heels with her outfit. Johnny Weir, an Olympic ice skater and broadcasting partner, was a guest at the wedding and gave a toast.

Lipinski posted a gushing photo of herself as a newlywed on Instagram the day after the marriage. Her wedding day was “by far the best day of my life,” she wrote alongside a picture of the ceremony.  “There was one moment during the ceremony where I thought, I can not be any happier than I am in this very moment. His vows will forever be etched in my mind.”
