She later went on to study at the University of Oklahoma, where she studied communication and media and was also a cheerleader, while Trae Young played collegiate basketball. It was at the University of Oklahoma where Miller and Young first met, and they began dating in 2017.

Miller has a large following on Instagram, where she often posts selfies and photos of her family and friends, including Young. Her bio on Instagram describes herself as a mother, a fiancée, and a Scorpio. Miller and Young made their relationship public in October 2017 when Miller posted a photo of herself in a cheerleading uniform next to Young, with the caption, “I guess you could say I’m a pretty big fan…😉.” They got engaged in December 2021, and Young announced it through an Instagram post, where he shared a series of photos from the proposal and wrote, “What a night💫 #FutureMrsYoung💍.” He got down on one knee in front of a balloon arch and a sign that said, “Marry Me.” Miller made an Instagram post of her own and wrote, “Forever Young🤍.”

The couple welcomed their son, Tydus Reign Young, on June 2, 2022. Young announced their son’s arrival through an Instagram post, where he wrote, “On June 2nd, 2022.
