Besides serving three months in jail, Andy Dick must also complete 12 months of summary probation and report as a sex offender. There are additional requirements: he must attend 52 meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous, 52 meetings of Sexual Compulsions Anonymous, and 12 sessions of mental health counseling. Andy Dick, who was accused of groping an Uber driver’s genitals during a ride in West Hollywood nearly four years ago, was found guilty on one count of misdemeanor sexual battery following a two-week trial in June. Daniel Kapelovitz, the lawyer for the comedian, has said that he plans to file an appeal. Dick entered a not-guilty plea to the case in 2019, and his attorney, Kapelovitz, described the accusations as “completely baseless.”

Andy Dick’s Past Run-Ins With The Law

Last month, the Santa Barbara Police Department responded to a complaint of a burglary in process and arrested the troublesome star. Dick was apprehended by the police while attempting to steal power tools from a construction site.

The 56-year-old comedian was charged with felony sexual battery in May for an incident reportedly occurring in a California campground. After receiving complaints of a sexual assault at a campsite in Trabuco’s O’Neill Regional Park, police arrived on the scene. TMZ broadcast the incident live, showing police officers taking Andy Dick into custody after they took him from a camper van.

In that event, he was charged with hit-and-run, DUI of alcohol or drugs, and drug possession.
