In September 2012, she became the communications director for Tommy Thompson’s campaign for the U.S. Senate. It was a three-month job. She was in charge of communication for three political leaders in 2013. These people were Representatives Sandy Adams, Mark Meadows, and Shelly Moore Capito. In November 2013, she was named the senior director of the Alexandria, Virginia-based company Black Rock Group.
