Her big break came when she played Tina in the 1989 movie Do the Right Thing, and then White Men Can’t Jump. Perez was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the 1993 movie Fearless. It Could Happen to You, The Road to El Dorado, Pineapple Express, and Birds of Prey are all movies in which she was the main character.

Perez wed Las Vegas-based artist Eric Haze on a whim on September 15, 2013. At last night’s Floyd Mayweather vs. Saul Alvarez boxing contest, the couple made up their minds to tie the knot. In June of 2013, Perez served as grand marshal at the International Boxing Hall of Fame parade because of his passion for the sport. They stayed the night at the MGM Grand hotel and casino and got married the next day. Haze and his wife are both native New Yorkers and currently make their home in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

People often saw the couple on the red carpets of award shows. At the 2021 Emmy Awards on September 19 at The Event Deck at L.A. Live in Los Angeles, the couple walked the red carpet together. Rosie’s work in The Flight Attendant got her a nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

Meet Perez’s Husband, Eric Haze

Eric Haze is a graffiti artist and designer who began his career in the 1970s as a graffiti writer. Before he became known as “Haze,” he went by the name “SE3” when he first started out. Haze is known for making logos for Public Enemy, EPMD, Delicious Vinyl, and MTV, as well as album covers for the Beastie Boys and Tommy Boy Records. He also wrote the words on the back of the “Check Your Head” album by the Beastie Boys.

Haze has his own limited edition versions of G-Shock, Nike, and New Balance shoes. His graffiti has appeared in Jet Set Radio and Future. Plus, Haze appeared in the documentary Style Wars and his work is in “Subway Art.” he also has a Haze Brand store in the Harajuku district of Tokyo, Japan. Perez was first married to filmmaker and playwright Seth Zvi Rosenfeld, but they got a divorce in 2001 after being together for ten years.

Perez Was Previously Married To Seth Zvi Rosenfeld

In 1998, Perez got married to the director and playwright Seth Zvi Rosenfeld. After being together for ten years, the couple got a divorce in 2001. Rosenfeld was born and grow up in the city of New York. Early on, graffiti, poetry, and basketball were all things he liked to do. All of these things are important in Rosenfeld’s work.  He then got married to screenwriter and film producer Kerri-Ann McCalla, who was born in Jamaica. She died of natural causes in 2018.
