Donovan Mitchell Jr. is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers of NBA. He played college basketball for the Louisville Cardinals and was named first-team All-ACC in 2017.

Mitchell was picked 13th overall by the Denver Nuggets in the 2017 NBA draught. On draught night, he was traded to the Utah Jazz. Mitchell was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team and won the 2018 Slam Dunk Contest during his first year in the league.
