The next year, Jeff Tietjens went to court and asked for a divorce, saying that he and his wife could not get along. Tietjens and Tyler came to an agreement in December 2016 that Tyler would pay Tietjens $31,250 every month for the next four years.

Tyler also promised to pay his $500,000-a-year life insurance policy until the end of 2020. They also agreed to split their property and assets, which included the house they had sold in Hollywood Hills for more than $2 million in 2016.
