The initial incident took place around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, with Kennedy’s private security detaining the intruder before turning him over to the police. Kennedy’s campaign stated that the individual was cited and released later that same day. However, jail records reveal that he was arrested again shortly after 6 p.m. and is currently held on a $30,000 bail.
