In 2023, Lifetime will start a new year with a new slate of “Ripped From the Headlines” movies, including How to Murder Your Husband: The Nancy Brophy Story with Cybill Shepherd and Steve Guttenberg. ET has the exclusive trailer and first look at Shepherd as convicted author Nancy Crampton-Brophy and Guttenberg as her doomed husband Daniel before the movie comes out in January.

Lifetime says that the upcoming movie will be based on “The romance-thriller author from Portland who wrote books about troubled relationships with seductive men on the covers to get people to buy them.
