Kevin was born in Pennsylvania on June 6, 1985, but he has lived in New York since. In 2007, he went to Penn State University and got a bachelor’s degree in finance. After he finished school, he got a job as an account operations analyst supervisor at SEI. From 2007 until 2011, he worked there. In 2011, he started working as a senior analyst at the Hay Group. In 2018, Goldschmidt went back to AmerisourceBergen as the manager of executive pay. He stayed there until 2019 when he moved to New York.

Since October of this year, Goldschmidt has been working at the Shake Shack corporate office. He is a senior manager in the Total Rewards division of the company.
