Rashad had meticulously planned the perfect moment to propose to Destiney, and after months of preparation, he finally found it. On December 18, he took her to the rooftop of a hotel in Los Angeles, where he had arranged a romantic ambiance with candles, flowers, and champagne.

Against the backdrop of the city skyline, the former NFL player went down on one knee, and with a ring in hand, asked Destiney to be his partner for life. Destiney, who is Rashad Jennings’ fiance, is a social media fitness influencer and serves as a member of the US Navy aircrew. On February 6, 2023, Rashad and Destiney went to a Jordan Davis concert in Los Angeles and took advantage of the opportunity to snap a picture with the talented musician after the show.
