Tamika Tremaglio Is Calling On The NBA To Ban Robert Sarver For Life

Tamika Tremaglio, the head of the NBPA, wants the NBA to ban Robert Sarver, the owner of the Phoenix Suns, for life. This is because an investigation found that Sarver “engaged in behavior that clearly violated common workplace standards.”

During an appearance on NBA Today, Tremaglio told ESPN reporter Malika Andrews:

“We’re definitely asking for that. We don’t want him to be in a position where he manages or interacts with people who interact with our players or our players themselves. The report’s conclusions make it very clear that we don’t want him in that position.”

She further added, “As executive director of the NBPA, I’m speaking on behalf of our players. Our players want to make it clear that we don’t want him back in a position where he will be able to affect our players and those who work with our players every day. We understand that there has been a thorough investigation, and we’re glad that the NBA was able to follow through on that because that’s clearly something we want to see happen.”
