Recently, the news came out that Ira Khan and her boyfriend Nupur Shikhare got engaged yesterday in Mumbai. On social media, people are sharing a lot of pictures from Ira’s engagement party. Ira Khan, daughter of Aamir Khan, made the announcement of her engagement to Nupur Shikhare via her social media.

In case you didn’t know about her, Ira Khan is the daughter of actor Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, who used to be his wife. She also has a brother, whose name is Junaid Khan. She is an Indian TV and theatre director.

A few months ago, celebrity fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare proposed to Ira Khan at one of his cycling events in Italy. The long-term pair posted a video of the proposal to their Instagram accounts. Ira had previously stated in September that she was going to engage with the famous fitness trainer.

The couple had been dating for two years, and the engagement ceremony was a private event held in the presence of the couple’s immediate family as well as their closest friends, including Aamir Khan, his ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, and her brothers Imran Khan and Mansoor Khan.

Know About Nupur Shikhare, Ira Khan’s Fiance

Nupur Shikhare is a famous fitness trainer and consultant from India. She is an expert in Calisthenics and Movements. He has been training former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen since 2008. He came to prominence in 2020 when he started dating Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan.

Nupur has been interested in sports since he was a child, and he grew up playing tennis. He also learned martial arts at a school in Pune called Capoeira.

Ira had said on Instagram that having Nupur in her life helped her deal with her anxiety. She said, “But even though it’s getting worse, talking to Popeye (Nupur) and breathing has helped make it not come to an attack.” At least for a short time. It also depends on whether I’m stressed again by something else later.

Aamir Khan Performs A Dance At Her Daughter’s Engagement

Aamir appears to be having a great time as he dances to his hit song “Papa Kehte Hain” from the film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, which was released in 1988. 

Ira, who was looking stunning in the red gown, could be seen clapping and cheering for her father Aamir in the video as he began to dance. Later, his cousin Mansoor Khan came out and joined him as the party-goers cheered for the two of them.

Aamir, who was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, said recently that he will take a break from acting to spend time with his family. At an event in New Delhi, Aamir said, “When I’m acting in a movie, I get so caught up in it that nothing else in my life happens.” After Laal Singh Chaddha, I was supposed to make a movie called Champions. It has a great script, and a lovely story, and is a very heartwarming and beautiful movie. But I feel like I need a break to spend time with my mom and kids.”
