Molly Yeh met her husband Nick Hagen, a fifth-generation Minnesota farmer, while they were both studying music at The Juilliard School in New York City. Despite their different career paths now, the two were once just two aspiring musicians figuring out their future.

Molly and Nick’s love story reached a new chapter as they tied the knot on Dec. 27, 2014, in a cozy ceremony held at “the old shop” – the oldest building on the farm. The ceremony was intimate with Molly’s brother-in-law John officiating and music by her father and good friend Sam. As a true culinary artist, Molly made all the desserts, including some spectacular cakes, for her big day.

Nick tied the knot and settled down on the Hagen family farm, a sugar beet farm that has been passed down for generations. The farm now serves as the source of inspiration and ingredients for many of Molly’s delicious recipes.
