Andy Dalton, also known as “The Red Rifle,” is an accomplished American football player who is currently the quarterback for the New Orleans Saints.
Andrew Gregory Dalton was born on October 29, 1987, in Katy, Texas. Dalton used to play for the Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, and Chicago Bears. His nickname was “The Red Rifle.” He played college football at TCU, where he became the school’s winningest quarterback and won the 2011 Rose Bowl.

The year the athlete and his wife got married, they started the Andy and JJ Dalton Foundation, which helps sick children in and around the Cincinnati area.
The foundation is called a “501(c)3 non-profit organization. The main goal is to give seriously ill and physically disabled children in Greater Cincinnati daily support and life-changing experiences.
The Daltons are Christians and have said that their faith is a big part of their work.
“Our faith is at the heart of our foundation, and the children and families we have met along the way have inspired us,” Andy said at an event at the Hills Church in Florence, Kentucky.
