Honey Boo Boo, whose real name is Alana Thompson and is now 18 years old, shared the news on Instagram, expressing that Anna had been in significant pain but is now at peace. The family rose to fame on the child beauty pageant show “Toddlers & Tiaras” before gaining their own show, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”
In an emotional post, Honey Boo Boo expressed the profound sadness of losing her 29-year-old sister and acknowledged Anna’s year-long battle with the devastating disease.
