Fraser met actress Afton Smith at a barbecue at Winona Ryder’s house on July 4, 1993, not long after he moved to Los Angeles. They got married on September 27, 1998, and had three sons: Griffin Arthur Fraser, Holden Fletcher Fraser, and Leland Francis Fraser. Fraser told GQ in a 2018 interview that Griffin, his oldest son, is on the autism spectrum.
After their home in Beverly Hills, California, sold for $3 million in April 2007, Fraser’s publicist said that the couple had decided to get a divorce in December 2007.
