Amanda Caryl Cromwell, a former professional player and head coach of the Orlando Pride in the National Women’s Soccer League, was born in the United States on June 15, 1970.
From 1999 until 2013, Cromwell coached the University of Central Florida, where her teams won five tournament titles and eight regular season titles. Under her direction, UCF made 11 NCAA Tournaments. She later served as the women’s soccer team’s head coach for nine seasons for the UCLA Bruins.
Cromwell was a member of the Virginia Cavaliers from 1988 to 1992, and she captained the team to the NCAA Final Four in 1991. She was a part of the United States women’s national soccer team from 1991 to 1998, when they finished third in the 1995 FIFA Women’s World Cup and won gold in the 1996 Summer Olympics. Cromwell played for the Maryland Pride, Tampa Bay Xtreme, Charlotte Eagles, Washington Freedom, Atlanta Beat, and San Jose CyberRays after leaving the national team.

She further added, “And as soon as I decided it internally it was just like the most freeing feeling of like, oh!, there you are like I could figure it out like internally and the cons and I don’t know if it’s cons or challenges is how to exist in that fully all the time now um and re-learn you know like people around me are re-learning. Our team has been beautiful and helping with that.” However, little is known about Megan because she prefers to keep her personal life out of the spotlight.

Cromwell celebrated her loving partner’s birthday on August 27 with a series of adorable photos. She added in the post’s description, “Celebrating you today and everyday my love. The couple appears to have two children and a dog. They routinely appear on their mother’s social media accounts.
