Brooke And Chris Relationship Suffered Because Of Her Postpartum Depression
Brooke Shields experienced significant postpartum depression months after the birth of Rowan, which impacted her relationship with Chris Henchy. Shields said to Oprah Winfrey that she suffers from depression “gripped my heart so tightly that I didn’t even want to try to fight it. I mean, it flattened me. I was devastated by it.” She revealed in the interview that Henchy was upset and perplexed by her actions, ultimately sobbing.
