Joshua Thomas McDaniels is an American football coach who is in charge of the National Football League’s Las Vegas Raiders (NFL). He started out in the NFL with the New England Patriots in 2001, where he was the offensive coordinator for 14 seasons. During his second time as head coach, from 2012 to 2021, the Patriots won Super Bowl XLIX, Super Bowl LI, and Super Bowl LIII. During the Brady–Belichick era, McDaniels was also one of the Patriots players who were there for all six titles.

According to NFL insider Dan Dakich and his “great” sources in the Colts, Irsay spent “close to an hour” in the bathroom and did other strange things during his visit that scared McDaniels’s wife Laura: Dakich didn’t say what Irsay was supposedly doing that was so strange or why he was in the bathroom for so long, but it’s a safe assumption that Irsay’s problems are related to drugs and alcohol. Irsay was arrested in 2014 after a police officer saw him driving erratically. Several prescription drugs and more than $29,000 in cash were found in his car.
