Meet Aliyah Boston’s Boyfriend, Tre-Vaughn Minott
College basketball player Tre-Vaughn Minott is from Montreal, Canada. He goes to school at the University of South Carolina and plays center for the South Carolina Gamecocks, the school’s sports team. Minott told NPH about his game, “If I’m not better than yesterday, then I didn’t do something right.”
“Many people in my inner group have been telling me for years that I could be a great player, and now I’m starting to believe them. I want to be on the same level as Joel Embid. I take it as a challenge to bring back the usual shape of the big. I don’t want it to die. It’s a part of me and makes me the player I am.”
Minott started going to the university in 2020 and started dating Aliyah Boston, who was also a college basketball star. Boston plays center and power forward for the SC Gamecocks women’s team.

Aliyah Boston’s Senior Year At South Carolina
Aliyah Boston‘s senior year at South Carolina didn’t end the way she wanted, and it’s now up to her to decide if this will be her last season.
The Gamecocks star, who is expected to be the No. 1 pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft, told reporters after her team’s shocking loss to Iowa in the Final Four on Friday that she hasn’t decided whether or not to come back for a fifth season: “As of now, I haven’t chosen… This is a very important choice. I was going to have to really write down the pros and cons of everything, whether we won or not.

South Carolina’s head coach, Dawn Staley, said that she would push Boston to go into the draft, in part because the defense was getting more attention.
“I’ll tell her to leave. There are defenses that are used against her that don’t let her play her game, which makes it hard for the refs to call the game. So, I’d tell her to leave. She’s wonderful. She’s all set. She is ready to be on her own. She is ready to move up to the next level, which is the league.”
