Hailee Steinfeld is an actor and singer from the United States. She was born on December 11, 1996. Her big break came with the western film True Grit (2010), for which she was nominated for an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award, among other honors.
Steinfeld became known for her singing after she sang “Flashlight” in the 2015 movie Pitch Perfect 2. Soon after, she signed with Republic Records and put out her first song, “Love Myself.” In 2015, she put out her first EP, Haiz.
