According to their family, a 12-year-old girl and her 14-year-old cousin were slain while streaming on Instagram Live on Friday in what their family describes as a “freak accident.”
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the two children, Paris Harvey, 12, and Kuaron Harvey, 14, were shot and killed early Friday morning in downtown St. Louis while attending a family birthday celebration.

The two kids were busy themselves with the pistol during the celebration while concurrently recording a video in the restroom. The pistol unintentionally went off, striking Kuaron Harvey, according to the outlet.
Paris Harvey was apparently seen going for the weapon when it went off again, wounding her, according to the film. Both toddlers were sadly slain by a single bullet to the head, according to the Post-Dispatch.
Susan Dyson, Paris’ grandmother, claimed to have observed the two cousins converse during the Instagram Live video.

Paris And Kuaron Harvey’s Parents
Upon hearing the news of their children’s untimely deaths, Paris Harvey and Kuaron Harvey’s parents are overcome with grief. According to DailyMail, Kuaron’s mother and Paris’ father are sisters who are related through their father, who is the father of Kuaron.
Paris’ mother, Shanise Harvey, indicated that she had no idea who possessed the pistol or how her daughter came to be in possession of one in a similar vein.
Beyond that, Shanise first refused to let the children join the party, but she later caved after they asked her to allow them to come with them and they did. Moreover, she informed the magazine that she had not personally witnessed the tape, but had learned about it from other family members who did.
Susan Dyson, the children’s grandmother, told the publication that the children were not squabbling at the time of the incident and that the gun had been fired by accident.
