Larenz Tate is an American actor who works in both movies and TV shows. He is best known for playing O-Dog in the movie Menace II Society and Councilman Rashad Tate in the movie Power. Some of Tate’s other movies and TV shows are Dead Presidents, Love Jones, A Man Apart, Crash, Waist Deep, Ray, and the TV shows Rush and Game of Silence.

The actor and his wife, Tomasina Parrott, have been married for 13 years and have four children together. He talked about what they do to make their marriage work.
“I thought it was a good thing when I met my wife. We went out on a few dates. Before we got married, we were together for six years. She needed to know if she really wanted to rock with me and all my crazy ideas. “You still want to rock me?” I asked. You know what I like, you know I like women.
