Mike is an American college football coach who used to be the head coach at Memphis and is now the head coach at Florida State. He has also been the head coach at Arizona State, Pittsburgh, Tulsa, and Central Arkansas, among other schools. Norvell was named the 24th head football coach of the Memphis Tigers on December 4, 2015. He was the youngest FBS head coach in the country at the time (aged 34).
The coach was a wide receiver at the University of Central Arkansas from 2001 to 2005.
