The former reality television star, who is now 16 years old and dating a college student who is 20 years old, Dralin Carswell, According to Dralin’s Facebook, the couple made their relationship public on March 29, 2021, and things have been going pretty smoothly for them ever since.
At the moment, Dralin resides in Georgia, close to Alana as well as her sister Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efrid, who serves as Alana’s legal guardian.
