Corey Kispert had a standout college basketball career at Gonzaga. As a freshman, he played in all 35 games, starting in 7, and averaged 6.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game. The following year, he became a regular starter and improved his stats to 8.0 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.
Entering his junior year, Kispert was recognized as Gonzaga’s only returning starter and was on the Julius Erving Award watchlist. He had a standout performance in the 2019 Battle 4 Atlantis tournament, scoring 28 points and making 7 out of 8 three-pointers against Southern Mississippi. He also had a strong outing against North Carolina, scoring 26 points with 5 three-pointers made, leading Gonzaga to a 94-81 victory.
