He and Holly Willoughby are the co-hosts of ITV’s This Morning 2002–present and Dancing on Ice 2006–2014, 2018–present. Schofield rose to national prominence while working for the BBC, initially as a continuity presenter on weekdays for Children’s BBC from 1985 to 1987. Phillip recognized the pain he caused his family when he made his news to Holly on This Morning.
“This is something that has created many heartbreaking conversations at home,” he explained. “I’ve been married to Steph for about 27 years, and we have two lovely grown daughters, Molly and Ruby.”
“My family has always been incredibly supportive of me. Despite their own perplexity, they have tried to cheer me up, to smother me with tenderness and love.”
Despite Phil supposedly moving out of their family home, it appears that this has continued almost two years later.
Last summer, Phillip and Stephanie attended Ant McPartlin’s wedding together. Phillip claimed in March 2021 that he and Steph had not discussed divorce.
