Jordan was driving Monday morning when he may have had a medical emergency and crashed into the building, according to TMZ.

The Los Angeles Police Department told, after Jordan’s car crash, “At about 9:30 a.m. on Monday, there was a fatal car crash at the corner of Cahuenga Boulevard and Romaine Street. At the scene, an adult male was pronounced dead.”

An eyewitness told ET that when they got to work across from the crash on Monday, they saw paramedics trying to revive Leslie, but it looked like he was already gone.
